| UDA developed a series
of houses for the home-ownership component of the Park DuValle
neighborhood development. Houses in three styles were developed
for use by the non-profit development team and for local builders
who were building within the neighborhood. UDA’s houses featured
large front porches and distinctive Louisville detailing for
each of the three styles—Craftsman, Victorian, and Colonial
Revival. This suite of houses is targeted toward the affordable
market segment of the new neighborhood. |
