| UDA developed a series of designs for single family detached and attached houses based on the Pattern Book styles. These designs were then developed into construction documents by local architects for the builders. Additionally, UDA designed the Sales Center, the Baxter Community Center, the medical campus buildings, and the schematic design for the first town center building. All of the designs drew on Upcountry precedents to set the character of the built place. |
