Village II & III Residential Architecture, South Jordan, Utah

UDA created an entire new portfolio of production houses for regional homebuilder Destination Homes. Based on careful analysis, the new prototypes respond to the demands of the current housing market while drawing inspiration from the rich residential architectural fabric of historic Salt Lake City neighborhoods. Four architectural styles were chosen to provide a range of individual homeowner expression along with cohesiveness to the built neighborhood: Arts & Crafts, Colonial Revival, European Romantic, and Victorian. The architectural design effort was run in parallel with a UDA pattern book process for Daybreak, commissioned by Kennecott Land Company.
