| The Ledges Pattern Book contains design guidelines for both community character and architectural character. The first section, Community Patterns, describes the general principles for placing houses on their lots as well as specific principles for lots within the different neighborhoods.The second section, Architectural Patterns, describes the palette of architecture styles for the Ledges and includes guidelines for designing the parts of the house that are visible from the street, golf course or public space. The third section is Landscape Guidelines, which describe the palette of plants and fences, and lighting material in the Huntsville region. |
