RESIDENTIAL/BIOTECH SEAM
Strategy 3 lines Eager Street with new residential buildings that create a buffer along the edge of the biotech center. In addition, the biotech buildings are reduced in height as they approach the neighborhood edge so that they will not be seen over the top of the residential buildings.
Biotech buildings are set back 100 feet from the south side of Eager Street to provide room to construct three to four story residential apartments and townhouses. The townhouses and apartments are grouped around street-oriented courtyards and have rear parking areas. Eager Street remains a residential address.
