Urban Design Associates provided a Pattern Book for the Easton on the Tred Avon, a new traditional neighborhood with the historic Town of Easton on Maryland’s eastern shore. The plan calls for the construction of 4,000-square foot public building that will serve as a clubhouse and meeting hall for the community. As the neighborhood's signature public building, it draws on local precedents of the shore and nearby Annapolis.   PERSPECTIVE SKETCH SITE PLAN
