Supporting a homebuilder moving from ‘product’ to ‘place’

Destination Homes was ready to innovate, but where to do so? Following an invitation to build in Daybreak, Destination Homes hired UDA to revamp their product line to be more competitive in the marketplace. The new homes were very livable while evoking the streetscapes of historic Salt Lake City neighborhoods. With this newfound knowledge, Destination Homes began developing neighborhoods outside of Daybreak with a similar look and feel, earning recognition as one of Utah’s top homebuilders and developers.
