E-Pattern Book For Chattanooga

UDA prepared an e-pattern book for the Chattanooga Design Studio to help residents and builders renovate or build new homes in the historic neighborhoods of Chattanooga. The MyChattHouse.com website provides descriptions and images of what distinguishes Chattanooga’s historic streets and historic neighborhoods and how properly renovating existing houses and building new houses can strengthen the character and improve the value of the area. The website includes design guidance for house styles commonly found in the neighborhoods, landscape treatments of yards and gardens, and resources for materials and products. MyChattHouse.com, UDA’s first web-only pattern book, makes this information widely available and easy to access.
