Aquatic Park for the Community
UDA prepared the Specific Plan and Pattern Book for Ellis & the Avenues, a new mixed-use community developed by Surland, in Tracy, California. In support of this work, UDA has served as the master planning lead for the Aquatic Park Community Design Plan. Bringing a municipal aquatic center to Tracy has been on residents' minds for the past 20 years. This exceptional recreational and competition facility is planned to serve a broad cross-section of the city’s residents
