Situated at the end of an active Light Rail corridor, Daybreak is a new center in the Salt Lake region with a high-density mixed-use core, a rich mix of product types, and a strong system of open spaces. The overall framework organizes a series of villages to be built over time. Since 2005, UDA has participated in master planning and placemaking for the Daybreak Team. For many years, Daybreak has been recognized as one of the best-selling communities in the United States.
