Affordable-by-design townhomes for building neighborhoods
To address the challenges of affordability-by-design and high-quality urban neighborhoods, UDA worked with Sego Homes to develop a micro-townhouse for Daybreak's Downtown. The units are 12' wide but focus on livability and flexibility while minimizing material and construction costs. Densities are comparable to surface-parked apartments, but provide a higher-quality urban experience and fee-simple ownership opportunities.
