Expanding an admired downtown
The Downtown Greenville Strategic Master Plan is charting the course for the next 10 years in one of the Southeast’s most admired downtowns. A key driver for the future is how best to attract a creative workforce and diversify the downtown to balance a great visitation market with the need for additional urban businesses to locate downtown. A primary focus of the planning was to develop a strategy for expanding the downtown environment to capture the way people want to live in the city today and in the years to come.
